3You offer two types of containers for your Reverse Flow filters – metal and plastic. What is the difference?
Generally speaking, our metal corrosion-resistant baskets provide a higher flow rate because there is more open area in the two types of baskets for liquid to flow through. They also contain center cores that help produce a more even dispersion of the fluid that leads to a longer life. However, some customers prefer plastic baskets because they can be incinerated in an environmentally friendly manner.
