Overview

The Microglass Industrial Filter line is a line of high quality pleated industrial filters that are made to perform in challenging environments and provide the highest degree of filtration efficiency. The filter is designed in a variety of micron levels to meet the needs of the application. Microglass filters provide longer service life and superior dirt holding capacity than cellulose filters. With an absolute efficiency rating of 99.5%, these filters are considered a high-quality alternative to cellulose media and may lead to 3 to 4 times longer life. The fine micro-fibrous pleated microglass media has a uniform pore structure, which gives it the ability to capture and contain more particles than cellulose. Media selection should be based on the required cleanliness and other unique needs of your filtration unit. Evaluate the Beta ratio (efficiency), dirt holding capacity, flow versus pressure drop characteristics, etc. in deciding which media is your best choice.

Product Description

The Dynamic industrial liquid filter is made with premium wetlaid synthetic fibers and is laminated on both sides with a synthetic support layer. The entire media pack is then supported on both sides with a steel epoxy coated mesh wire. The filter is an economical true equivalent in fit, form and function to the OEM filters.

Product Features

Materials of Construction:

  • Filter Media - Premium microglass with a Beta (c) =200 with a 99.5% efficiency rating

  • Epoxy-coated steel - Support mesh on both upstream and downstream sides of the pack for superior pleat support and spacing leading to longer life

  • Inner Core - Electroplated Steel 

  • Caps - Plated Steel 

    Exterior Sleeves - Electroplated steel

  • Buna-N gaskets - Optimize the seal. Viton and fiber also available. 

Specifications: 6"x14", 6"x18", and 6"x23" all with an ID of 3 ½" (3.5"), 2 5/8" (2.625") inches, 2 1/8" (2.125") and 1 ¼" (1.25").

Heavy gauge steel caps and center core withstand high pressures and pressure surges.
