Overview

The Industrial Liquid Cartridge Filter line from Dynamic Filtration is a line of pleated industrial filters that are used for liquid filtration to purify different liquids from hydraulic fluids, coolants, lubricants, gas and diesel, etc. The filters are used in industrial machinery and in various stand-alone cartridge housings/vessels. The filter is designed in a variety of micron levels to meet the needs of the application, from 0.5 up to 20 micron. Designed for high flow rates and low pressure drop, the Dynamic filters are interchangeable with the OEM brands and identical in form and fit while often outperforming in service life because of higher levels of media square footage.

Product Description

The Dynamic industrial liquid filter cartridge is made with a premium cellulose media for high dirt holding capacity and covered with a strong corrosion resistant steel wrap. It can be used with in-process water and oil fluids for industrial applications only. Not for potable water systems.

Materials of Construction:

  • Filter Media - Premium phenolic resin impregnated cellulose pleated
    media is used for high dirt-holding capacity and economical filtration.

  • Inner Core - Electroplated Steel to prevent cartridge collapse
    at high pressures

  • End Caps - Plated Steel 

  • Sleeves - Electroplated steel

    Buna-N gaskets - Optimize the seal. Other materials available

Specifications: 6”x14”, 6”x18”, 6”x23”, 6x29”,6”x36” and 7”x29” all with an ID of 3 ½” (3.5”), 2 5/8” (2.625”) inches, 2 1/8” (2.125”) and 1 ¼” (1.25”).

150 psi Collapse Strength - Heavy gauge steel caps and center core withstands high pressures and pressure surges.

Temperature: 225°F (107° C)
